The company has facilities with dimensions, quality and safety so that resources, equipment, tools, materials, technical and personnel data are housed, compatible with its certifications, operational specifications and capability list.
With a total area of 1253,3 square meters, Leap has 6 maintenance laboratories, besides two test sections, painting, machining and balancing workshops.
The Avionics Laboratory performs maintenance, modifications and/or repairs on aeronautical components certified in the Radio Classes 1 and 2 categories (communication and navigation), and Class 3 (electronic) Accessories Class 3 (electronic). It performs maintenance, modifications and/or repairs on approved aeronautical components according to. The laboratory is provided with workstations built with Bosch Rexroth German aluminum and without fixing to the ground. This gives greater mobility, precision and safety to the technician when executing the service.
The Instrument Laboratory performs maintenance, modifications and/or repairs on aeronautical components certified in instruments category, all classes (mechanical, electric, gyroscope and electronic). It provides all tools required and modern testers, such as the capacitance test, used for probes and fuel quantity indicator; and the Air Data used for altimeter calibration, climb indicators and others.
The Hydraulic Laboratory is certified for maintenance of hydraulic aeronautical components of small, medium or large aircraft.
The Generator Laboratory performs maintenance, modifications and/or repair on aeronautical components certified in accessory class 2 (electric). The test bench is used in the maintenance of Starter Generators AC & DC and Auxiliary Generators of fixed and/or rotary wing of small, medium or large aircraft.
The Battery Laboratory provides fixed wing and/or rotary wing aircraft operators with the assistance of nickel cadmium batteries and lead-acid batteries.
The Balancing Laboratory: Leap, aiming to guarantee its quality standard throughout the equipment maintenance process, has a modern computerized balancing equipment to ensure that the mobile subparts (armatures, rotors, impellers and others) applied to the equipment of its customers are correctly balanced in order to prevent future wear due to excessive vibrations.
